Noisette is an awesome company – they are a well know, family owned and operated, Markham (a suburb of Toronto) based bakery. I would take payment in eclairs if my boss would let me! We have been working with them to re-launch their brand since the opening of their first retail outlet. A new website and new online marketing strategies including a blog, and facebook campaign are on the books and we should be launching at the start of summer 2o12.
